This Refund Policy describes LIMITLESS FUNDED's position on refunds for all fees charged on the platform. Please read this policy carefully before completing any purchase. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

2. Strict No-Refund Policy

All fees paid to LIMITLESS FUNDED are strictly non-refundable. This applies to every type of purchase made on the platform, including but not limited to:

• Challenge evaluation fees (all account sizes and phases)
• Add-on fees (e.g., Lifetime Reward upgrade, Swap Free, No Minimum Trading Days)
• Any promotional or discounted purchases
• Any other fees or charges collected through the platform

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, regardless of whether trades have been placed, how much time has passed since purchase, or the outcome of the challenge.

3. Challenge Fees

Challenge evaluation fees are charged for access to the evaluation environment and trading infrastructure. These fees are non-refundable immediately upon purchase, regardless of whether you have placed any trades, passed or failed the challenge, or accessed the account. Purchasing a challenge constitutes full acceptance of this no-refund policy.

4. Add-On Fees

Fees paid for optional add-ons are non-refundable at any time and under any circumstances, regardless of account status or trading activity.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to permanently ban the associated account and pursue debt recovery for any amounts owed. We strongly encourage you to contact our support team first — the vast majority of issues are resolved quickly and amicably. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at support@limitlessfunded.com before initiating any dispute with your financial institution.

6. Consumer Rights (EU / EEA)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Rights Directive. However, by clicking "I confirm I want immediate access to the challenge account" during checkout, you explicitly consent to the immediate commencement of the service and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived once the account has been activated and accessed. Please do not complete a purchase if you do not agree to these terms.
